Through the generosity of the Kwara State Judiciary, the NBA Ilorin got the land on which NBA Ilorin Bar Center was built from the said Judiciary about 1998 and by the year 2002 the Bar Center has been completely built mainly from levies and donations from members. The State Governor also contributed to the actualization of the project.

The Center has a reception, a full fledge Business Centre, i.e, The Chief Akin Akintoye Business Center, a library, two Committee rooms, The General Secretary’s office and the main hall which is known as Lai Adegboye Hall. The Center also has a modest Car Park. Meetings of the Association and some other events are now carried out at the Center

In acknowledgment and appreciation of dedicated service and commitment to the branch’s cause, there is a Roll of Honours for worthy members at the Bar Center.
